Is there a minimum number of shifts I need to take? No. There are no minimum requirements. You can work as little or as much as you like—whether that is one shift a month or full-time hours.
How do I get paid? Kwikly pays you weekly via direct deposit. For even faster access to your money, you can use the Kwikly Wallet to access earnings shortly after your shift is completed.
Am I a W-2 employee or a 1099 contractor? You are a W-2 employee of Kwikly. This means we handle your tax withholdings (no 1099 surprises at the end of the year) and provide you with liability and workers’ compensation insurance coverage.
How do I keep track of my hours? Everything is handled through the Kwikly app. You will clock in and out directly on your phone. Your hours are automatically tracked and submitted for payment once the office approves the timecard.
Can I choose where I work? Absolutely. You have complete control over your work assignments. You are able to browse through a wide selection of available shifts within your area, allowing you to select only those opportunities that best match your preferences. This means you can choose shifts based on your desired location, the type of office environment you enjoy, and the schedule that works best for your lifestyle. You are never required to accept a shift that does not align with your needs, giving you the flexibility and freedom to create a work schedule that suits you perfectly.
What happens if an office "favorites" me? If an office marks you as a favorite, you will get "first dibs" on their future shifts. You’ll receive a notification and a 4-hour head start to claim their shifts before they are opened to other professionals.
