How do I register for an On Demand webinar?   
Create an ask.hilti account or login to sign up, by navigating to the learn tab. From the learn icon select "On Demand", view video presentation, complete and pass the quiz.

How do I register for a live webinar?      
Create an ask.hilti account or log in to sign up, by navigating to the learn tab. From the learn icon select "Live Events" and scroll down to view upcoming courses and click on the course to register. Further instructions will follow via email.

How do I register others to attend a Live webinar as a group?      
Prior to the webinar: Register yourself first, select the "add attendees" under the "registration" icon, you will then provide the email addresses of your group members. Click "send invite" your group members will receive their notification via email.

Where is the quiz for the Live webinar that I just attended?  
An email with the quiz link will arrive shortly after the session has ended, to the email address associated with your ask.hilti user account. Based on the number of registrants this could take up to several hours. Quiz links expire 10 days after a live webinar, be sure to complete the quiz, before expiration.

Where is the quiz for the On Demand webinar that I just attended?  
The quiz link is located on the page where you viewed the video presentation.

What if the quiz link, I received for the Live webinar that I just attended, is not working? 
Please email [e-mail] for troubleshooting assistance. Quiz links expire 10 days after a live webinar, be sure to complete the quiz, before expiration.

Where is my certificate?              
There is a certificate section under your profile, click the profile icon in the top right hand corner of your ask.hilti user screen, you must pass the quiz with a score of 80%, in order for the certificate to populate in your ask.hilti account within a few minutes. If you do not pass, you may go back and review the material and then try again with the same link.

How and when is a course reported to AIA?          
You MUST have your AIA number entered in to your ask.hilti user account PRIOR to the beginning of any webinar or seminar. On Demand webinars, in-person / virtual seminars, and Live webinars are all reported within a couple of weeks of course date. To enter or confirm your AIA number, log into your ask.hilti user account, click on your image or the user icon in the top right of your screen. Scroll down to your user information and enter your AIA number. Finally, select save to confirm the update.
