How are professionals vetted? Kwikly is known for quality. Each professional is carefully screened through interviews, credential checks, and reference checks. You only get reliable, qualified dental pros who align with your office and match the skills you need.
How do offices connect with professionals? Just log in to your portal, post your shift, and we’ll match you with a qualified professional in your area. Once the shift is claimed, they’ll be scheduled automatically, and you’ll receive a text or email notification. You can then review their full profile, including a bio, skills, and reviews from other offices.
How do we pay professionals? You don’t have to worry about payroll. Kwikly pays the professionals directly and invoices your office once a week. Simply approve the timecard and pay your invoice via the portal.
Are Kwikly professionals W-2 employees or independent contractors? All Kwikly professionals are W-2 employees. This ensures your office stays compliant with federal tax classifications with no extra work on your end. We also handle malpractice and workers’ comp coverage for every professional.
Can we request specific professionals back? Yes! You can "favorite" professionals after a great experience. When you post new shifts, your favorites get a 4-hour window to accept the shift before it becomes visible to the rest of the network.
What is the cancellation policy? A shift with a scheduled professional that is shortened or cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will be billed for the original hours requested. There is no fee if the cancellation occurs before the 24-hour mark or if no professional has claimed the shift.
Is there a fee to sign up? No. It is free to create an account and free to post shifts. You only pay when a shift is successfully worked.
