Guide to Medication Returns and Refunds
Returning medications and obtaining refunds is important for maintaining your health plan. Here’s how you can handle returns and refunds with 9amHealth:
Return Eligibility:
Before initiating a return, please ensure:
- The medication is unopened and within the return period specified by our policy.
- The return complies with health and safety regulations.
Returning Medications:
- Initiate a Return: Log into your account and go to 'Order History'. Find the medication order you wish to return and select 'Return Item'.
- Select Return Reason: Choose the appropriate reason for the return from the available options.
- Print Return Label: Print the return shipping label provided and attach it to the package.
- Send the Package: Drop off the package at the specified carrier location.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned medication, your refund will be processed. Typically, refunds are issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
