- Important Note: Make sure the item meets our return conditions (new, unused, with original tags).
2. Place a New Order:
- Browse our selection: Head back to ZenShop.com and find the item you'd like to exchange for.
- Place your order: Add the new item to your cart and proceed through the checkout process as usual.
3. Receive Your Refund:
- Process your return: Once your returned item is received and processed, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
